Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis service and periodic maintenance contract for Bruker AMX-400WB and AC-200 nuclear magnetic resonance. The only known qualified vendors are Bruker Instruments, Inc. 47697 Westinghouse Drive, Fremont, CA 94539 and MR Resources 158R Main Street, Gardener, MA 01440. This service includes spare parts availability within a 48-hour turn around time. Any firms believing that they can provide the Service and Maintenance, without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to provide the required Service and Maintenance, which will be considered by this agency.
