Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration is in need of a contractor to promote "Community Express lending and technical assistance to entrepreneurs who in the past have not been well served with small business loans. The prospective contractor shall identify quality technical assistance providers across the country. Help link technical assistance providers with participating lenders, assuring that every borrower in connected with a technical assistance provider. Confirm lenders' and TA providers' understanding of SBA-required documentation on every loan. Work with SBA district offices to recruit new providers and monitor TA quality. Coordinate and assist the provision of TA by continuing of convene bimonthly teleconferences of involved TA providers and work with national organizations to supplement TA with other community resources, such as legal support and accounting services. Note: This procurement will be awarded based on price past performance, quality and best value to the Government.
