Description

The purpose of this modification is to CHANGE the synopsis number from F24604-01-R0011 to F24604-01-R0017. When posted, the solicitation Number for the Parade Ground will be: F24604-01-R0017. Description: This acquisition is a competitive HUBZone set a-side. Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to construct a Parade Ground to include a water irrigation system with central control, and landscaping. Options include lighting, berm area, and parkstrip. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal. Issue date for the solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 13 Apr 01 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. Performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential HUBZone Contractors must be on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business concerns at its Internet website at http://www.sba.gov/hubzone and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla,mil/ccr/scripts/ccradd/asp to be eligible for award. All responsible HUBZone sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Magnitude of this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
