- Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for maintenance/repairs, construction, and design/build projects primarily for United States Army Reserve Centers but could include other Louisville District Corps of Engineers customers. Maximum contract value is $10 million per year for a base year and 4 option years for a total contract value of $50 million, including options. Minimum guarantee is $200,000.00 for the base year and $100,000.00 for each option year. Individual task order limit is $3 million but task orders are estimated to be in the range of $1,000,000.00. Projects will be located within the Louisville District Mission Boundaries, which includes all of the United States and Puerto Rico. The work can consist of, but not be limited to: building renovations, building maintenance/repairs, building demolition; debris removal; structural repairs; site work; utility replacements; pavement replacement; channel improvements; landscaping; geotechnical; furniture (restricted to UNICOR unless a waiver is issued). The majority of work under this contract will be for the U.S. Army Reserve Centers but can also be for Military, Civil Works, and other programs for the Louisville District Corps of Engineers. Project design will be a small portion of the contract. It also may include, incidental to the construction; testing, survey and abatement for lead based paint (LBP), asbestos containing materials (ACM), and/or underground storage tanks (UST). This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis: (1) Management Proposal; (2) Experience; (3) Plans for Quality Control; (4) and Price Proposal. THIS PROJECT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR 8(A) FIRMS. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit proposals. Responses to the solicitation should include proof of SBA 8(a) certification and proof of bonding capabilities. Solicitation DACA27-01-R-0010 has an approximate issue date of 30 April 2001 and proposal due date of 30 May 2001. There will be no charge for this solicitation package.
