Description

Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the H60S: Cable Assembly 453, EGI Loading (P/N 206A453-1) quantity 43 each. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, NY is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
