- Description
- The Carderock Division Navavl Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the University of Maryland. The contractor will study the effect of vapor phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI) emitters on magnetic hard disks and inductive reading heads. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisft agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 4/27/01. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
