- Description
- Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment services for male and female federal offenders in the Washington, DC area, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A Firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity type contract with a one year base year and four one-year option years is anticipated. There will be three separate line items of the exact same services and periods of performance. Periods of performance for the Base Years are September 7, 2001 through September 6, 2002. The base year and all four option years shall include services for a minimum of 50 inmates as follows: one intake assessment; 300/30 minute individual counseling sessions; and 4,800/30 minute group counseling sessions. The base year and all four option years shall include services for a maximum of 250 inmates as follows: one intake assessment; 1,500/30 minute individual counseling sessions; and 24,000 group counseling sessions. All services shall be performend in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT), dated November 16, 1999. Proper licensing in Washington, DC is required. The estimated issue date is May 6, 2001. The estimated closing date is June 6, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
