- The solicitation will be issued electronically on FEDBIZOPPS web page on or about April 30,2001 at http://www.eps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will be provided only upon request. Additional base items: (9)GFP report in accordance with specification (10)Travel and Per Diem. Option items: (1)Minor Coating Repairs, EDG Diesel Fuel Service Tank (2)Minor Coating Repairs (1-94-0-W) and (2-36-1-W) (3) Minor Coating Repairs (2-82-2-W) (4)Provide Additional Temporary Logistics (5) Composite Labor Rate. Numbered Note 26. This is a synopsis for ship repair under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-01-Q-3FAE44. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and competence to complete Dockside repairs to USCGC ABBIE BURGESS (WLM 553), 175 coastal buoy tender. Homepier: Rockland, ME. Work Items: 1. Clean and Inspect EDG Diesel Fuel Service Tank, 2. Clean, Inspect and Disinfect Potable Water Tanks, 3. Clean, Inspect and Preserve Sewage and Grey Water Collection and Holding Tanks, 4. Inspect and Test Hydraulic Chain Stoppers (Level l), 5. Inspect Various Deck Fitting, 6. Preserve Weather Decks, 7. Preserve Signal Bridge Deck, 8. Provide Temporary Logistics. Performance Period: 29 calendar days commencing Aug 6th (Aug. 6 thru Sept.4, 2001).
