Description

The contractor shall provide all management, administration, coordination, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to perform work under this contract. Work will consist of maintenance and repair of government owned washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, range(s)/stove(s) and removal and reinstallation of contractor furnished window air conditioners at the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, New York 10996. Work is to be performed in various housing units, apartment buildings, training camps and public buildings. All work shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Estimated supplies/services-quantities for each year include: service calls-260, labor, 15 minute increments-1,700, repair parts-NTE $2,000, records and reports-12, install government furnished dishwashers-50, remove and install air conditioning units-32, emergency service-12. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. This contract includes one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This contract is subject to availability of funds.
