Description

The VA Medical Center, Butler, PA intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for mutual use of health care resources with Butler Memorial Hospital (BMH) to perform and interpret CT Scans, MRI's, Nuclear Medicine Scans, Cardio Scans, and Mammograms, at the contractor's (BMH) place of business, for a period of base year with three one-year renewal options. BMH utilizes VA-owned equipment (CT Scanner)installed at BMH in performing the work. Contractor facility must be within a 20 mile radius of the VAMC, Butler, PA. All responses to this notice must be received within 30 days from date of this notice. This is not an RFP. See Numbered Note 22.
