Description
The Jet Propulsion Laboratory/California Institute of Technology (Caltech/JPL), operating under a prime contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), seeks Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns certified by the HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The purpose of this synopsis is to establish a base of qualified HUBZone small business firms for consideration to participate in future JPL acquisitions in the areas of general services and supplies, manufacturing, general construction, and high-tech requirements. All responses to this synopsis will be received on an on-going basis. Interested firms should submit two (2) sets of capability information to JPL, Business Opportunities Office, M/S 190-205, 4800 Oak Grove Drive, Pasadena, CA 91109-8099. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).
