DOE propose to award a contract to Commuter Check Services Corporation, on a sole source basis, for the purchase of Commuter Check for DOE's Employee Subsidized Commuter Program. Computer Checks Services Corporation is the only authorized provider for this nationwide service, authorized by the Government Metropolitan Transportation Authority(MTA).
