Description

Provide oceanographic buoy. Buoy will be prototype/test buoy. Vendor must possess manufacturing facility within 100 miles of Seattle, WA for close development with Government engineers. Completed buoy required by 7/16/01. Vendor must relinquish all rights to any technical data and drawings associated with proposed contract. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.
