Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA45-01-Q0007 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 333415, Size standard: 750. CLIN 0001; Qty: 2 Liebert deluxe/3 air cooled precision cooling system indoor unit, model #DH199A or equal, with: vertical downflow configuration, top air return. Cooling only (no humidification or reheat). Non-locking through door disconnect, front access. 4" air filters, 20% ASHRAE 52-76. Blower w/high efficiency motor, 200% drive. High voltage circuit protection. Microprocessor controls: Status/alarm data, operating status, run time log, active alarms and alarm history, Unit alarms: High/Low temperature, air flow loss, short cycle, air filter change, local alarms (2), high head pressure, low suction pressure, power loss, custom alarms (4). Smoke detector with remote operating capability. Remote alarm interface. Dual refrigeration system: Semi-hermatic compressors, 4 step unloading (2 ea) TX valves, filter drier, sight glasses, dehydrator, muffler, high/low pressure switches, "A" frame coil, SS condensate pan. Shut down contacts, alarm contacts. Finish painted. Seismic zone 4 floorstand. Outdoor condensor with fan speed control for 20 degree low ambient temperature. Delivery will be FOB Destination McChord AFB, WA. Delivery Time is 60 Days ARO. The following Provisions apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (AUG 98). All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (AUG 2000). The Clause at 52.212-4 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (MAR 2001) applies to this acquisition. 52.212-4 is amended to replace FAR clause 52.232-33 Mandatory Information For Electronic Funds Transfer Payment with DOD FAR 252.232-7009 Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR) (JUN 98) applies to this acquisition.
