Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA45-01-Q0006 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 334220, Size standard: 750. CLIN 0001; Qty: 1 NRE Engineering, drawings and specifications to increase height of LPH-89, P/N 1500-0195, S/N 037318 antenna tower from 80ft to 100ft. CLIN 0002; Material for modification support. Delivery will be FOB Destination McChord AFB, WA. Delivery Time is 60 Days ARO. The following Provisions apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (AUG 98). All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (AUG 2000). The Clause at 52.212-4 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (MAR2001) applies to this acquisition. 52.212-4 is amended to replace FAR clause 52.232-33 Mandatory Information For Electronic Funds Transfer Payment with DOD FAR 252.232-7009 Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR) (JUN 98) applies to this acquisition.
