Description

Marine Corps Community Services Division, Marine Corps Base S. D. Butler located on Okinawa, Japan, intends to negotiate a concession contract for a retail gourmet coffee/expresso shop. Contractor shall furnish all on-site management, labor, material, and supplies/services for the operation of the concession. Marine Corps Community Services Division shall provide a retail space of 115 sq. ft., counter space of 50 sq. ft., 64 sq. ft. of secured storage space which includes a 63 cu. ft. dry storage shelf, 16 cu. ft. refrigerated space, ice machine with storage bin (capacity: 307lbs/day), sanitary sink with hot water (max: 120F), a Class B phone line, water, electricity, and a shared 270 sq. ft. of break area, at no cost to contractor. Proposed contract will be 1 base year with 4 option years. Scheduled opening for concession is mid-July. MCCS is an Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality.
