Description

A sole-source contract with OASIS Advanced Engineering of Auburn Hills, MI, is contemplated. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition pursuant to U.S.C 2304(c)(1) has been signed by the approving authority. The contractor will assist TACOM's Next Generation Software Engineering Technology Area (Next Gen) in developing the software development processes necessary to achieve Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 certification; manage Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) meetings and update the SEPG project book; review SEPG activites and progress with project leaders and senior management; and support assessment activities. Note 22 applies.
