- Description
- Pre-Solicitation Notice for Architect-Engineer services for the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contract period is one year from date of award. The government may at it's option extend the contract beyond the initial year for an additional four year period. The total contract period will not exceed five years. The annual contract award limit is a maximum of $1,500,000.00 of all delivery orders combined. Individual delivery orders will not exceed $500,000.00 each. A minimum fee of $5,000.00 will be guaranteed against the base contract. Evaluation criteria for A-E selection in descending order of importance are as follows:(1) Professional qualifications of the firm, principal staff and consultants. Disciplines required are Architect, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Structural. (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including where appropriate experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; and (5) Location of firm in the general geographical area of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, provided that application of this criterion is leaves an appropriate number of firms, given the nature of the requirement. Telegraphic and facsimile SF 254's and 255's will not be accepted. See Numbered Note 24. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested A-E firms are invited to submit completed Standard Form 254's and 255's to the USPFO for Oklahoma, Purchasing and Contracting Division, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73111-4398 not later than 21 May 2001. This is an unrestricted procurement action open to small and large business.*****
