Description

The US Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to West Group, 901 Fifteenth Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20005 for continued access to Westlaw legal research timesharing services. This proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within forty five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22 *****
