Description

The government would like to purchase the Motorola CENTRALINK 911 or EQUAL. At a minimum, the system shall have the following minimum salient characteristics: (a) the ability to be designed to meet the needs of its' client at Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Quantico, VA; (b) shall meet or exceed the Public Safety Emergency Agency standards and provide access to surrounding area hospitals, public safety, emergency, and fire departments; (c) shall be 98% reliable and capable of integrating all existing analog and digital base infrastructure systems and combine the functionality of a digital PBX with an integrated emergency information system to provide the capability of handling emergency 9-1-1 calls; (d) shall support the requirements of a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and have an Automatic Number Identification (ANI) Controller that will interface to a single operator through a digital and/or analog telephone set, and an E-9-1-1 system to an Automatic Location Identification (ALI) Controller; (e) shall have an ANI Controller with the capability to integrate all of the PSAP's administrative telephone needs and be capable of being used in a stand alone digital PBX configuration; (f) Digital or analog tape recording system for 9-1-1 calls; and (g) be capable of being used in a stand alone digital PBX configuration.
