Description

The US Coast Guard in Alameda, CA proposes to contract for the following. Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to encapsulate and erect scaffolding for the Forward and Aft masts on USCGC RUSH in HI. Contractor must have scaffolding in place and masts encapusaled with the period of 9 through 18 May 2001. Tear down period is estimted to be 13 through 15 June 2001. For Wonem-Owned an dDisadvantaged Business enterprises, the Department of Transportation (DOT) Minority, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilizaiton has progrmas to assit minority, women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (stlp) at the prime interest rates to provide accoutns receivable financing. The maximum line of credit it $500,000.
