Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA intends to increase the contract level-of-effort ceiling for $7.5 million on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Contract N66001-97-D-0067 with Resource Consultants, Inc., 1960 Gallows Road Vienna, VA. 22182. This action is based on the incumbent's requisite combination of corporate and technical resources, highly specialized experience, engineering capabilities and fundamental understanding of the current equipment, systems and required end-products.
