Description

Provide reference laboratory services to include pickup and transport of specimens to its laboratory; pre-analytic processing as defined in its laboratory users manual; analysis, reporting of analytic results, and consultation regarding selection, collection, transportation and result interpretation. Services will be provided for VA Medical Centers located in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Prescott, AZ, Albuquerque, NM and their associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Services include supplies and incidentals involved in the recording and transporting specimens. The contractor shall have all permits, licenses, accreditation and certificates required by law. This solicitation will allow for multiple awards if in the best interest of the Government. Proposals will be accepted from all responsible sources. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
