Description

This proposed procurement is unrestricted. Total estimated amount is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contractor shall perform an assessment and provide an inventory of all of the estimated 12,000 to 15,000 trees and 3,000 to 8,000 shrubs on Cemetery property; provide database software which links the inventory data with a GIS (provided by the cemetery); and, provide computers for field use. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Offerors must submit a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The technical evaluation criteria will be established in the solicitation. Award will be based on the best technical proposal and not on the lowest price. SIC Code is 7389/NAICS code is 561990. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be in either: compact disk (CD) or web site. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
