Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Wayside Screen Imaging Services. The Contractor shall provide exhibit quality screen imaging compatible with various embedment and encapsulation processes and on various substrates including wood, plastic, hardboard, and glass. Services also include rehabilitation of screen-imaged exhibits including graphic layout, film mechanical preparation, embedment, and final exhibit panel inspection, sizing, finishing, packaging, and shipping to various sites within the National Park Service system. In addition, the Government requires storage facilities for fiberglass exhibit panels in inventory. Contractors offering storage facilities will operate a centralized, receiving, and shipping warehouse and will be required to maintain a computerized location list of all government owned production materials and by products for fiberglass exhibit panels in inventory. The Government anticipates award of 2 Indefinite Delivery -- Indefinite Quantity contracts. These contracts will be issued for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years. Each contract will contain a minimum guaranteed workload of $50,000 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $1,000,000 per year. The small business size standard is $5.0 millions of dollars average annual receipts for an offerors proceeding three fiscal years.
