Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance, Mosquito Creek Lake, Cortland, Ohio and Michael J. Kirwan, Wayland, Ohio. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services and solid waste removal services. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2001 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2002, with four one-year option periods. The specifications will be available approximately 07 May 2001 and will be provided free of charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561990, $5M).
