Description

Single award, one year term contract for the Defense Automated Printing Service, Norfolk, VA for the procurement of the CVN 68/CVN 65 Class Steam Plant Manuals. This contract is Classified as Confidential. Approximately 22 orders per year. Each order will have Each order will have from 1 to 22 tasks, average of 8 tasks per order. Each Task will average 46 pages and 4 foldouts. The foldouts will be up to 45" long. Text page size will be 8-1/2 x 11 and 11 x 17". All 8-1/2 x 11 text pages will print on White offset book, 60-lbs, all 11 x 17" text pages and foldouts will print on White Tyvek 0.007" thick. The foldouts are to be folded as per specifications, accordion, no splicing. Bind ;loose leaves with paper band or shrink wrap and drilled with three holes. Government to furnish camera copy. The contract requires such operations as offset printing, binding, packing and delivery.
