Provide vessel charter to transport research team to and from Laysan Island in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands. Vessel charter will depart Honolulu, HI on/around 9/28/01 and return from charter on/around 10/28/01. Schedule dates are approximate and may vary slightly depending on project needs and speed of vessel. Request solicitation in writing. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
