Description

SUN RIVER ROAD NO. 108. This project is on the Lewis & Clark NF. The project begins at the Lewis & Clark NF boundary approximately 17 miles northwest of Augusta, Mt along Country Road, then runs westerly 7.1 miles to Gibson Lake. Work consists of maintenance of 7.1 miles of road including guardrail repair and installation of guardrail; pavement repair and placing of new pavement; shoulder widening; construction of retaining structures; installation of drains; excavation and embankment; road reconditioning; placement of crushed aggregate surface and pit run base course; bituminous surface treatment and related work. Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, supervision, materials other than Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform the work included above. This project will have a Base Bid Item plus two (2) Additive/Deductive Items. The estimated start date for this project is June 25, 2001 with a completion date of September 15, 2002. The price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The project is Not set aside for Small Business Concerns. Estimated date for package to be available is May 11, 2001.
