Description

Work consists of installing a loading dock and ramp. This includes demolition of existing asphalt paving, removal of bark mulch, grading, installation and compaction of fill and aggregate, construction of concrete footing, walls and slabs, construction of metal railings, and painting. Project site is located at the Charles A. Sprague Seed Orchard in Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is June 1, 2001 and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. As the number of solicitation packages for this procurement is limited, they will be made available to parties having a legitimate interest on a first-come, first-served basis (FAR 5.102(a)). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
