RPC01085000754, NSN 2540-01-190-8484, Heater, Vehicular, Compartment, IAW U.S. ARMY DWG (19207) 12255989 and all related drawings. This is an unrestricted procurement, full and open competition apply. Quantity 240 each to New Cumberland, PA, 165 each to Tracy, CA. delivered in 100 days ADO. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award as described in the solicitation.
