EIDOS Corporation Model 106 Chairmaster. 150 Each; delivered at a rate of not fewer than 15 per week beginning on or before 25 May 2001. FOB Destination, Hill Air Force Base UT 84056-5231. To: EIDOS Corporation, Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this purchase is 337127. The size standard is 500. This Solicitation is a Request For Quote, number F42650-01-Q-0052. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. All quotes responsive to the terms of this announcement will be considered. The contracting office, OO-ALC/PKOC Attention William Felt, will accept written quotations at FAX (801) 777-4902. The anticipated award date is 30 April 2001. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This purchase is not set aside. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (i), technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, (ii), price, and (iii), Past performance (see FAR 15.304). All evaluation factors are approximately equal to cost or price. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your quote. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The approximate issue/response date will be 12 Apr 2001. The anticipated award date will be 30 Apr 2001. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See our Web page.
