Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-3, as required. Standard Industrial Classification is 5087 and 100 employee size standard. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This is a firm-fixed price procurement using Commercial Procedures. This procurement is for the purchase and delivery of a Structural Burn House. Contractor will provide personnel to furnish labor, tools, parts, materials and equipment necessary for unloading the structure at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. A 20 Civil Engineering in-house crew will be constructing the trainer.
