Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. The Television-Audio Support Activity is seeking a contractor to furnish security upgrades for two buildings located at McClellan, California. The upgrades include CCTV systems, new glass sliding entryway doors, new glass windowpanes throughout one building, and improved exterior lighting. A contractor site-visit will be scheduled on/about April 25, 2001 at McClellan, California. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date for receipt of proposals is May 07, 2001. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of technical capability of the item offered to meet the agency need, past performance of like or similar projects, and price.
