Description

Aerial Agricultural Systems Monitoring is required for the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Sidney, MT. Work involves the supplying of flight craft, commercial pilot(s), insurance, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, waivers, etc. necessary to provide aerial pass-over service at a speed not to exceed 140 knots, nor an altitude of 10,000 feet. The Government will supply the imaging equipment, computer equipment/controls, and operators necessary for the production of hyperspectral and photographic imaging of agricultural surveys. This requisition is being conducted as a commercial item, best value procurement. Evaluation factors are: past performance, experience, price, quality, preference for aircraft, and the ability to respond rapidly to changing environmental conditions and missions. This is a 100% set-aside for small business.
