Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VA Hospital Tomah, Wisconsin the services of one (1) Physician that is Board Certified/eligible in one of the following areas of expertise: Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine. The Physician would be providing services in support of, and working at, the Troop Medical Clinic located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Period of Performance is May 30, 2001 through August 24, 2001. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Cost per Hour to be all- inclusive (all labor, supervision, transportation, per diem, etc.). The hours of operation of the Troop Medical clinic are 7:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. The Troop clinic hours of operation on Saturdays are 8:00AM to 11:00AM.
