This publication serves as a notice of intent of the Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional Office to solicit on a sole-source basis with Surface Water Resouces Inc., (SWRI), 455 Capitol Mall, Suite 600, Sacramento, CA 95814; (916) 325-4050 analyzing the benefits and costs of associated with the potential changes in the operations of the Central Valley Project (CVP) hydroelectric resources and the restructuring of the Electric Utility industry. The tasks relate to the P04 Team contingency planning (The Bridge Plan) and the implementation of the Post-2004 Power Marketing Plan. This notice may represent the only official notice.
