- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA is procuring Full Food Services to be performed at the USCG Integrated Support Command (ISC) Boston, 427 Commercial Street, Boston, MA. The contractor shall furnish all food, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies and other items or services necessary to provide full food services for Coast Guard active duty personnel, reservist, civilian Government employees, barracks occupants, duty sections and late working employees at the ISC Boston dining facility. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. A Firm-Fixed Price/Award-Term Incentive with Economic Price Adjustment type contract will be awarded. The base period of performance is from 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government; and, five one-year award-term incentive periods, for a total contract duration period not to exceed ten years. This requirement is solicited in accordance with FAR Subpart 6, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, set-aside under the competitive 8(a) program pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.8. The applicable NAICS code is 722310 with a Size Standard of $15.0 million.
