Single award term contract for multi-part forms for NASA, Lockheed Martin Manned Space Systems, New Orleans, Louisiana. Trim size is in 2 formats: Format A -- up to and including 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches and 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches; Format B- over 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches up to and including 8-1/2 x 11 inches and 11 x 8-1/2 inches. Government to furnish camera copy, negatives and/or manuscript. F.O.B. destination to New Orleans, Louisiana. Quality level 4 has been assigned to this contract. Telephone requests will not be allowed. Bid request on firm's letterhead while supply lasts.
