Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and personnel necessary in connection with the manufacture, delivery and unloading of twenty (20) mooring buoys. The supplier shall be responsible for shipping and unloading all the buoys at the Colorado River Locks,Matagorda, Texas (CRL). The buoys will be located at the Locks as specified by the Lockmaster or his authorized representative. The supplier will be required to submit all required submittals along with the transmittal sheet ENG FORM 4025-R, Mar 95 within three weeks after issuance of this contract. The submittals should be addressed to: ATTN: CESWG-OD-O, U.S. ARMY ENGINEER DISTRICT, GALVESTON, P.O. BOX 1229, GALVESTON, TEXAS 77553. The first article test report must be submitted within seventy-five calendar days from the date of this contract. (SEE FAR 52.209-3) The Government will have two weeks to review and approve submittals. The bouys will be delivered to the CRL no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the government has approved the submittals.
