Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DE-RQ-01WG56674 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97- 23. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible offers will be considered. Western Area Power Administration intends to procure the following items: Item (1) 1 each, AVO Pulsar upgrade/warranty firmware, enhances self diagnostic, 100VA current channels/unit SERIAL NO. 076765 0001. Item (2) 1 each AVO lab model Pulsar with GPIB connector MODEL 10L3T3G-1/60. Item (3) 2 each AVO PMM-1 Power multi-meters. The following FAR clauses/provisions are applicable to this acquisition.
