Description

Modification of previous announcment, however no change in the quantity or model requirements for this announcement. Please be advised that FAR Subpart 19.11 -- Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, may apply to this procurement, should vendors that are small disadvantaged business concerns offer. Applicable Clause is FAR 52.219-23, Notice of Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Request for quotes on an FOB Origin Basis for Electric Range; Frigidaire Model # MFF318BGW which is a 220 volt/50 HZ, 3 phase range. No substitutes will be accepted. This acquisition is not set aside. Quantity of 336 on 1 order and Qty of 672 on second order to be shipped overseas to Giessen, Germany. Both orders (Total Qty of 1,008) will be awarded to one vendor. Shipping instructions will be provided after award, but containerization will be required, and shipment to a consolidation poing will be required as a part of the instructions (FOB Origin). Containers will be provided. Quotes shall be faxed with pricing and delivery time to the attention of Janna Babcock by 4:30 pm Central Time on April 23, 2001. The fax number is 816-926-5019.
