Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Microsoft the following service: 1) Premier Support to include 100 Incidents. This is a one-year subscription to technical premier support for all Microsoft software products. Premier support services focus on three key areas: technical support, technical services, and technical account management. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received by April 30, 2001, to the effect that a comparable service is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through sole-source contract, a sole-source award will be made. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. Interested offerors may register at http://www.eps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the EPS Business Opportunities site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
