Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Eagleglen Golf Courses Midnight Golf Tournament to be conducted 23 June 2001. We are seeking hole in one prizes, gift certificates for merchandise or restaurants, trips, auto services etc. Estimation for all prizes is $1200.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 8 June 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. *****
