Description

The Maintenance and Logistic Command Pacific intends to contract for the maintenance repairs of the steering gear system onboard the USCGC MORGENTHAU. The period of performance starts 21 May 2001 and ends 22 June 2001. The request for quotation will be issued on or about 03 May 2001. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum credit line is $500,000.
