Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase request number is F0X53N10400200 and this requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-24. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% small businesses and the North American Industry Classification (NAIC) and small business sizes standard are 421220 and 442291, respectively. Offerors shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and service necessary to perform window treatment at Bellows Air Force Station (BAFS) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Supplies and services will be performed and accepted at BAFS. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors _ Commercial Items (Oct 2000), applies to this solicitation. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Apr 2001) and DFARS clause 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications _ Commercial Items (Nov 1995) with its offer.
