Description

Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, and services to transfer a total of 2,000 long tons of IFO 180 fuel oil from the Cape Catoche and the Cape Clear to the New York Maritime Academy Training Ship Empire State. The fuel is to be pumped off of the Cape Catoche and Cape Clear at the James River Reserve Fleet into a barge, for delivery to the Empire State at anchorage Foxtrot One in the Port of Hampton Roads.
