Description

This project is a Request for Proposal to construct a Library/Media and Classroom Building at the Schenck Job Corps Center on the Pisgah National Forest, Transylvania County, North Carolina. The intent of this project is the construction of a single story, 2,300 square foot slab on grade/masonry wall building including related sitework. The project is located at the Schenck Job Corps Center on the Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina, 35 miles Southwest of Asheville. The performance period for the proposed contract is 120 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
