See numbered Notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVM applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at Origin. Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 334. 210 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and 124 to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 270 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
