Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to develop a model health monitoring guide for major bridges. The objective of this study is to develop a model and deliver guidelines for short-and long-term health monitoring of critical bridges utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. The FHWA is seeking responsible offerors who can provide the services outlined in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded on an unrestricted basis. All interested parties should submit their proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation. This is a Simplified Acquisition and award of a firm-fixed price purchase order will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. Proposals will be due on May 8, 2001.
